About me
Alongside my private practice, I continue to work in the NHS as Community Team Lead Dietitian. With 16 years of NHS experience, I've developed extensive knowledge and skills that I bring to my private practice, helping people improve their health and feel more confident in their relationship with food.
Outside of work, I'm a mum of two and a regular at my local CrossFit gym. Like many people, I juggle work, family life and finding time for myself. I believe looking after your health isn't about striving for perfection; it's about feeling well enough to enjoy life, do the things you love and make the most of the time you have.
My approach
I believe health is about more than what we eat. Our thoughts, emotions, stress and life experiences can all influence how we feel, how we eat and how our bodies respond.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with an understanding of the bigger picture, helping you find practical, sustainable ways to support your health and wellbeing — without unnecessary restrictions or unrealistic expectations.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Since graduating in 2010, I have built extensive experience across a range of NHS dietetic services. I began my career in Knowsley and St Helens, returning to my home county of Norfolk in 2012 to work as Specialist Community Dietitian. I also worked in paediatric allergy for several years, helping families manage food allergies through tailored dietary advice and nutritional support.
In 2019, I became a Community Team Lead Dietitian, a role I continue alongside my private practice, which I established in 2025. My NHS career has given me a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a practical understanding of the varied nutritional needs people may have throughout their lives.
